The role calls for practical experience in overseas admissions and visa processing, along with strong coordination and communication abilities.Core responsibilitiesIn this position, you will oversee the complete admission journey for international universities and institutional partners, ensuring applications are processed accurately and on time.Manage the full-cycle admission workflow for international universities and partner institutions.Prepare, verify, and organize application documents as well as admission-related paperwork.Guide candidates through visa procedures and the documentation needed for visa applications.Communicate with foreign delegates, university staff, and international collaborators to keep processes moving smoothly.Share precise information about courses, universities, admission criteria, and eligibility requirements.Keep records updated and ensure timely follow-ups with partner institutions and other stakeholders.Develop, maintain, and attend workshops and professional relationships with international partners and delegates.Experience and qualificationsThe ideal candidate should bring 4–5 years of hands-on experience in international admissions and visa processing.Preferred backgroundPrior exposure to international admission documentation, partner coordination, or overseas education operations will be considered an advantage.Work style requirementsThe role suits someone who can handle multiple applications in a fast-moving environment while staying organized and responsive.
