Role Overview
The Front Office team plays a central role in shaping each guest’s stay, ensuring every interaction feels welcoming, smooth, and personal. The Front Office Manager is expected to lead this function with energy, professionalism, and care while maintaining the high standards associated with The Ned Doha.
This opportunity is suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving luxury hospitality setting and takes pride in building memorable guest experiences while guiding and motivating a strong team.
Key Duties
- Supervise the Front Office department and create a team environment built on courtesy, consistency, and high performance.
- Oversee day-to-day operations in reception, concierge, and guest services to ensure everything runs efficiently.
- Make sure guests enjoy smooth check-in and check-out experiences that feel personal and memorable.
- Address guest concerns and feedback with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgement.
- Support ongoing training, service development, and quality improvement across the team.
- Work in close coordination with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to maintain an integrated guest journey.
- Track operational performance, occupancy trends, and revenue possibilities in support of business objectives.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant will bring prior leadership experience in Front Office operations within a luxury hotel environment, along with a strong service mindset and a calm, confident approach. The role calls for excellent communication, strong interpersonal ability, and solid knowledge of Front Office procedures and systems.
You should be comfortable staying composed under pressure, attentive to detail, and proactive in identifying ways to improve service delivery and team performance.
