Role overview
As a Founder’s Associate Intern, you will work closely with the Chief of Staff and the CEO office to support strategic and operational priorities. The role is designed to help improve productivity, simplify internal processes, and support the execution of initiatives that move the company toward its goals.
Key areas of ownership
- Take part in strategy discussions and help shape business plans and strategic initiatives.
- Support the planning, delivery, and tracking of high-priority projects.
- Carry out research, review data, and turn findings into useful insights for decision-making.
- Assist with day-to-day operational work to improve efficiency across the business.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or higher in business management or a related discipline, and can work from the Berlin HQ at least three days per week. The role suits someone with 1–2 years of experience in fast-moving environments such as strategy consulting, venture capital, or a high-growth startup. You should bring an entrepreneurial mindset, a practical hands-on approach, strong organization and prioritization abilities, and excellent communication skills in both English and German.
