About the Role

Following business growth, TOD’S is hiring a Finance Controller for its new Singapore office to support Southeast Asian markets. This is a newly established position reporting to the Head of Finance and Controlling for the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Track actual performance against the cost plan and explain key variances.
• Compile monthly management reporting, including profit and loss statements, sales reporting, and retail KPI analysis.
• Work out monthly sales commission calculations.
• Support the process of setting monthly sales targets.
• Partner closely with retail, marketing, and merchandising teams to support business decisions.
• Provide financial analysis for capital investment decisions, including DCF, NPV, and payback period assessments.
• Produce ad hoc reports and analyses on sales, margins, and operating expenses.
• Maintain the expense management system and help ensure procure-to-pay activities follow company policy and stay on budget.
• Review monthly closing activities to confirm accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or Accounting is required.
• Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience is expected, ideally with exposure to luxury, fashion, beauty, or FMCG environments.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and building business intelligence dashboards is preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to work effectively as a business partner are important.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are needed.
• A genuine interest in fashion and luxury products is preferred.
• Excellent English language skills are essential.
• Strong Excel skills, including modelling and data handling, are required.
