Role Overview

As a Financial Analyst in New York, you will support the Finance team by acting as a business partner to areas such as Marketing, Visual, CRM, and IT. In this position, you will provide clear financial analysis that helps improve day-to-day operations, drive efficiency, and support better decision-making. You will also contribute to monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting within the Financial Planning and Analysis team, while working closely with the Senior Director, Finance, Americas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform account review, monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and budget preparation.
  • Work with different business teams to keep plans, projects, and priorities aligned across the organization.
  • Help design and roll out improved processes, policies, systems, and tools that increase productivity and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure reporting is accurate and invoices are handled on time.
  • Build strong working knowledge of the financial systems used in the role.
  • Support additional special assignments as needed.

Candidate Profile

  • Comfortable working with computers, with advanced Excel skills required; SAP experience is highly preferred and Cognos is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline is required.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Clear communication and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset and a team-oriented approach.
  • Capable of working independently as well as with colleagues at different levels of the organization.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base pay for this role is between $75,000 and $80,000, depending on a candidate’s relevant skills and experience.

This position follows a hybrid schedule, with four days per week in the office and Fridays worked from home, offering a balance of flexibility and in-person collaboration.
