About the Department

The AUM Reporting & Analytics team supports firm growth by producing accurate and scalable assets under management reporting across the organization. The group is responsible for calculating, validating, and analyzing firm-wide AUM and fund flows, and it partners with teams across investments, sales, compliance, and leadership. The environment is collaborative, data-focused, and centered on precision, ownership, and ongoing improvement.

Role Overview

In this Financial Analyst position, you will contribute to daily reporting, data validation, and analysis that supports business decisions and operational reporting. The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders, careful handling of financial data, and a strong focus on improving reporting quality and process efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

  • Track, review, and publish daily assets under management and firm-level flow data.
  • Check and confirm asset information for all managed investment accounts.
  • Maintain the portfolio management accounting database with accuracy and consistency.
  • Study data to identify risk indicators, trends, and insights for management.

Client and Business Support

  • Work with internal teams to address reporting requirements.
  • Prepare precise reports that support sales, advisory, and compliance functions.
  • Handle data requests and business questions in a timely manner.

Quality, Projects, and Continuous Improvement

  • Oversee data integrity across connected systems.
  • Spot opportunities to improve process quality and recommend better methods.
  • Contribute to project planning and execution support.
  • Strengthen workflows, controls, and reporting efficiency.

What Will Help You Succeed

The ideal candidate should have a background in finance, accounting, or business administration, along with experience in asset management, fund accounting, or financial operations. Exposure to financial or regulatory reporting will be an advantage. Strong analytical thinking, careful attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines are important for success in this role.

Technical Skills

You should be comfortable working with financial systems and databases, and have good command of Microsoft Office tools. Familiarity with VBA, Power Automate, Power BI, and Alteryx is preferred.

Professional Skills

This role calls for clear communication, strong problem-solving ability, and a collaborative approach. You should be self-motivated, organized, and able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.

Work Schedule

The shift timing for this role is 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.
