Key responsibilities

• Help prepare financial reports and analytical summaries that aid business decisions.
• Engage with vendors, clients, and partners in discussions aimed at improving financial outcomes.
• Support hiring activity for finance-related roles and help maintain a healthy talent pipeline.
• Work with teams across functions to move financial initiatives and projects forward.
• Track and review financial information to spot patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in creating and maintaining financial policies and procedures that improve efficiency and compliance.
• Provide support to senior leaders in financial planning and strategic decision-making.

Compensation

The offered package is INR 2,05,000 to 2,60,000 per year.
