Human Loops is an AI data company and part of Bharat Growth Agency. The team gathers real-world videos and other data used to train AI models and robots. Their work takes place in practical environments such as factories, restaurants, farms, shops, and homes.

Role Overview

This position is primarily field-based. The selected person will use the Nagpur office as a base but will spend most of the time working on-site across Maharashtra. The role suits someone who prefers active, hands-on work, team leadership, and quick problem-solving rather than a desk-bound routine.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee data collection activities at factories, restaurants, farms, and shops across Maharashtra.
• Coordinate factory workers and field staff by giving clear direction, keeping work moving, and ensuring tasks are completed properly.
• Travel extensively across the state, including multi-day assignments.
• Arrange equipment, brief participants, and manage shoots from start to finish.
• Handle on-ground issues involving devices, recordings, people, and schedules.
• Monitor daily output and share updates with the core team.
• Maintain quality standards, follow rules, and ensure timelines are met.

Candidate Profile

The company is looking for someone who can work independently, is comfortable with technology, and has a genuine interest in AI, robotics, gadgets, and how systems work. The role calls for confidence in managing factory workers and field teams, with the ability to be firm and professional. The candidate should also be comfortable with long travel, varied locations, and occasional odd working hours.

Eligibility

Graduates from any field may apply. The candidate must be able to communicate in English, Hindi, and Marathi, with Marathi being essential for field operations. Relevant experience of 1 to 3 years is required.

Good to Have

Experience in operations, field assignments, or factory supervision will be an advantage. Interest in AI or robotics is also preferred, along with a valid two-wheeler licence.

Compensation and Benefits

The monthly pay is between ₹15,000 and ₹21,000 depending on experience. Travel, stay, and food expenses for field trips are fully covered. The work week is six days, with Wednesday as the weekly off. The role also offers direct learning from the founders and potential growth into senior positions as the company expands.

Work Schedule and Travel

This is a full-time role with six working days per week. Most of the work will happen in the field, and travel across Maharashtra will be a major part of the job.
