About the Role
This internship involves engaging directly with independent doctors and small clinics in South Delhi to promote and facilitate the adoption of Nadi Health, a comprehensive clinical platform. The intern will serve as the front-line representative, helping clinics understand and integrate digital tools such as queue management, digital prescriptions, and an AI-powered medical scribe designed to simplify clinical workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person visits to South Delhi clinics to introduce Nadi Health's offerings and establish a pipeline of interested medical practices.
- Demonstrate platform features to doctors and clinic staff, highlighting functionalities like patient queue systems, electronic prescriptions, and the AI medical scribe during live consultations.
- Assist new clinics in the complete onboarding process, from setting up doctor profiles and clinic details to generating patient check-in QR codes, ensuring smooth initial usage.
- Gather detailed feedback from healthcare professionals regarding product functionality, issues encountered, and potential improvements, reporting insights to the product development team.
- Keep meticulous records of clinic visits, interactions, follow-ups, and conversion statuses to maintain organized sales pipelines.
Candidate Eligibility and Additional Requirements
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship lasting six months, starting between August 13 and September 17, 2026.
- Ability and willingness to travel across South Delhi daily for clinic visits.
- Fluency in both Hindi and English to effectively communicate with diverse clinic staff and doctors.
- Strong interest in healthcare or health technology sectors and confident in explaining clinical software products to medical professionals.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of operating independently within an early-stage startup environment.
Compensation and Perks
The internship stipend ranges from INR 20,000 to 25,000 per month, structured as a fixed component of INR 15,000 to 18,000 plus additional incentives of INR 5,000 to 7,000 monthly. The role also offers flexible working hours to accommodate varying schedules.
