Job description
Job Summary
This role is for a proactive, field-based Lead Generator & Data Collection Executive who will support the Sales and Business Development function. The person in this position will spend time visiting offices, commercial premises, industrial zones, and other business locations across the UAE to identify prospective customers, gather details of key decision-makers, and develop qualified leads. The ideal candidate should be comfortable approaching businesses, well organized, and able to manage daily field assignments on their own. A company vehicle will be provided, so a valid UAE driving license is required.
Responsibilities
- Visit offices, commercial centers, warehouses, retail outlets, and industrial areas to identify potential clients.
- Capture accurate contact details for relevant decision-makers such as procurement, operations, facility, and IT managers, as well as business owners.
- Prepare and share qualified leads with the sales team each day.
- Carry out on-ground market research and collect competitor and industry insights during visits.
- Keep company visit records and collected information updated in CRM tools or spreadsheets.
- Work with Sales Executives to ensure smooth transfer of leads and timely follow-up.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation goals.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with business contacts.
- Submit regular reports on field activity to management.
- Represent the organization professionally in all client and business interactions.
Requirements
- Must have a valid UAE driving license.
- High school qualification is acceptable; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in field sales, lead generation, marketing, business development, or data collection.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of working independently and traveling extensively across the UAE.
- Good familiarity with UAE business districts and industrial zones.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
- High attention to detail and strong data accuracy.
- Fluent English is essential; additional languages will be an advantage.
Additional Information
Candidates must be willing to travel across different Emirates for field assignments and business visits. The company will provide a vehicle for job-related travel.
