Role Overview

As the Facilities & Procurement Manager, you will oversee facility management and asset performance across the sales market. Your focus will be to keep stores safe, compliant, cost-effective, and operating at a high standard throughout their lifecycle. You will shape FM strategy, manage maintenance delivery, oversee supplier governance, and promote continuous improvement while supporting strong collaboration and business performance.

This position includes management responsibility for the Facilities Managers and the Procurement Specialist. It is a hybrid role based in the New York Support Office and reports to the Expansion Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Facilities strategy and asset care

  • Define and implement the facilities management approach in line with global direction.
  • Prioritize maintenance work using risk, lifecycle cost, and business impact as the main criteria.
  • Protect long-term asset performance and support store availability.
  • Ensure completed construction projects are handed over into operations in a structured way.

Maintenance and service delivery

  • Oversee both planned and unplanned maintenance within the FM scope.
  • Make sure facilities services are delivered effectively and on time to reduce disruption to operations.

Supplier, cost, and contract management

  • Build and maintain a capable and reliable supplier network.
  • Reduce maintenance and service spend through smart sourcing, framework agreements, and performance-based supplier management.
  • Support financial planning and forecasting for FM operating and capital expenditure.
  • Maintain high standards for service quality, compliance, and cost control.

Health, safety, and compliance

  • Keep store environments safe for both customers and colleagues.
  • Ensure adherence to local and global regulations, audit requirements, and corporate standards.

Systems and reporting

  • Maintain strong data quality in FM systems such as Planon to support accurate and well-justified CAPEX and OPEX planning.
  • Use data and benchmarking to support better decisions and drive ongoing improvement.

Communication and improvement

  • Maintain clear and organized communication with stakeholders involved in lifecycle service and improvement work.
  • Spot inefficiencies and lead improvement initiatives across FM service delivery.
  • Document lessons learned and share best practices within the market and across markets.

Leadership and team development

  • Lead and coach the Facilities Management team within the sales market.
  • Set clear priorities, responsibilities, and performance expectations for FM resources and external partners.
  • Build FM capability and help shape a future-ready organization.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, Expansion, and the Global C&F team.

Candidate Profile

You should bring a strong background in facility and asset management, ideally in retail or multi-site operations, along with the ability to manage complex priorities, lead teams, and work effectively across a matrix organization.
