Job Purpose

This role provides essential daily support to various location functions, ensuring smooth operations across supply chain, finance, sales, and EHS departments.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and document quality complaints, including photographing defects and submitting required forms to the Saudi team.
  • Compile daily invoiced orders against quantities ordered to calculate CFR (Cost and Freight) and update the designated template.
  • Scan daily revenue-generating invoices for Abu Dhabi and Al Ain locations.
  • Validate daily revenue invoices, track received and stamped invoices in an Excel sheet, and share with the sales team for follow-up in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
  • Reconcile daily cash collections against system summaries and provide data to IBM teams for reconciliation and discrepancy resolution in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
  • Process valid and bad returns in SAP by customer and item, ensuring appropriate approvals, and communicate with finance and supply chain teams.
  • Maintain an updated customer aging file and gather resolution comments from Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Supervisors for overdue accounts.
  • Initiate and manage the Customer Position Form (CCPF) process, including obtaining necessary approvals to release orders held due to aging issues.
  • Follow up with approvers to ensure timely release of CCPFs and communicate the status to KAMs, Supervisors, and administrators.
  • Assist the EHS team with campaigns and surveys, and manage the distribution and collection of signed scorecard reports.
Requirements
  • Previous administrative work experience is required.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
  • Demonstrated high commitment to tasks and responsibilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with various functional departments.
Additional Information

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
