About the role
We are hiring an experienced Executive Virtual Assistant to deliver high-level support to senior executives, founders, and entrepreneurs who operate in demanding, fast-moving environments. This position suits someone who acts as a thoughtful strategic partner, stays several steps ahead, and helps leaders work with greater clarity and control.
The right person will be highly resourceful, naturally proactive, and extremely detail-oriented. This position calls for a combination of executive-level professionalism, operational discipline, and excellent communication.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee complex executive schedules, resolve conflicts early, and prioritize meetings strategically.
- Shield executive time by screening requests, managing communications, and keeping daily plans aligned.
- Help leaders prepare for meetings by organizing agendas and tracking follow-up actions.
- Manage inboxes and email workflows, including drafting replies and keeping tasks moving.
- Act as a polished point of contact between executives and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with leadership meetings, board preparation, and coordination across teams.
- Capture and document workflows, then identify ways to improve efficiency in the executive’s day-to-day operations.
- Arrange detailed business travel plans that fit the leader’s objectives.
- Coordinate reservations, logistics, itinerary changes, and expense tracking accurately.
- Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Work arrangement
This is a contract role with a workload of up to 40 hours per week. The position is fully remote and will always remain remote. A flexible schedule is available, but candidates must be consistently available during standard U.S. business hours.
Compensation
The pay rate for this role is $20 per hour.

Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives, founders, or other senior leaders, whether remotely or onsite.
- A proactive, anticipatory approach to work with sound decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong grammar and a professional manner.
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks, handle multiple demands, and stay composed under changing deadlines.
- A dependable and approachable working style that makes collaboration with executives easy and effective.
