Role summary

This position focuses on managing customer claims connected to Failure to Supply (FTS) situations. The executive will verify claim accuracy, handle credit memo processing, support dispute closure, and work with cross-functional teams to control financial exposure while keeping records and contract compliance in order.

Key responsibilities

Check customer debit memos linked to FTS claims and confirm that the details are correct and compliant.
Estimate provisional FTS values even before debit memos are received.
Open disputes for any rejected claim amounts and follow them through to closure with customers.
Post approved credit memos in SAP and make sure accounts receivable balances are updated without delay.
Prepare and track Gross-to-Net provisions for FTS in financial statements and reports.
Review product delivery timeliness and flag backorder-related issues.
Confirm that FTS claim pricing and commercial terms match the agreed contract conditions.
Address internal and external FTS-related queries within agreed turnaround timelines.
Support internal and external audits by sharing required records and explanations.
Work with supply chain and customer service teams to help reduce FTS occurrences through better processes.

Experience and background

The role calls for 5 to 10 years of experience in Gross-to-Net, accounts receivable, or similar finance functions, ideally within the pharmaceutical sector.

Skills and tools

Candidates should be comfortable using ERP platforms, especially SAP, and bring strong abilities in analysis, reconciliation, communication, and Excel-based reporting.

Education

A graduation degree in Commerce or Finance is required.
