Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to the VPs of Business Systems, Support, and Data by managing scheduling, logistics, and execution details so priorities stay organized.
- Oversee complicated calendars by arranging meetings thoughtfully and leaving enough buffer time for focused work.
- Build clear and thorough meeting agendas so leadership has the context and decisions needed in advance.
- Stay in regular contact with leaders, identifying urgent matters and escalating them when appropriate.
- Arrange travel end to end, including transport and lodging, while keeping expense handling accurate and compliant.
Required Qualifications
- Background supporting senior executives with calendar coordination, travel planning, and expense management.
- Comfort working in technology-focused environments.
- Ability to work independently, stay proactive, and anticipate needs in a remote, fast-moving setting.
- Experience managing confidential information while keeping administrative processes accurate and organized.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in administrative support, project coordination, or similar operational work.
- Exposure to tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and expense platforms.
- Ability to gather information from multiple sources and turn it into useful materials for leadership.
