About the Role
A prominent multinational corporation based in Dublin is looking for a seasoned and exceptionally organised Executive Assistant. This role is designed to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior management. It's a dynamic and demanding position within a professional and confidential setting, offering diverse responsibilities and significant exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver daily administrative and organisational assistance to senior executives.
- Oversee and manage complex calendars, appointments, and scheduling needs.
- Arrange all aspects of domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and accommodation bookings.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
- Generate and prepare various documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Maintain meticulous records, efficient filing systems, and handle all confidential documentation securely.
- Act as a point of contact for external consultants, vendors, and service providers.
- Assist with general office management duties and undertake special projects and personal administrative tasks as required.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a comparable support function. You should demonstrate exceptional organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a professional, discreet, and trustworthy demeanour. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office systems is required. The ability to work autonomously and effectively manage multiple competing demands in a high-paced environment is crucial.
Remuneration and Additional Information
The compensation package includes a salary commensurate with experience (DOE), an annual bonus, and a pension scheme. Additionally, HireForce offers a referral bonus of a €250 voucher for any successful candidate referrals.
