What You Will Do

  • Drive cross-functional initiatives, operational workstreams, and leadership follow-ups from start to finish
  • Handle complex executive scheduling and coordinate meetings with both internal teams and external partners
  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, interdependencies, and potential risks to keep projects on track
  • Support leadership planning sessions, offsites, and broader organizational planning efforts
  • Serve as a reliable partner to executives by staying ahead of needs and balancing shifting priorities

  • At least 5 years of experience in program management, business operations, or a similar role supporting senior leaders
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional work from planning through execution
  • Strong operational judgment with a track record of improving processes and managing priorities

  • Clear written and spoken communication skills and the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels
