Executive Assistant

Role Overview

This is a senior Executive Assistant opportunity supporting the Head of Corporate & Investment Banking for Europe, the Head of Risk & Operations, and the CIB Business Manager within a global banking and markets environment in London. The position is designed for someone who can operate as a dependable partner to senior leaders, handle multiple competing priorities, and help keep a busy executive office running smoothly.

The role sits at the center of a fast-moving investment banking business and involves close coordination with global stakeholders, cross-time-zone scheduling, executive communication, and high-level administrative support. It is a hands-on position with significant visibility and impact.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage complex calendars, arrange meetings, organize travel, support client and leadership engagements, and help prepare presentations, reports, and other executive materials. The role also requires strong relationship management across the business and internationally, as well as a focus on improving how the team works day to day.

In addition, you will lead and support two Team Assistants, helping to coordinate work and maintain efficient office operations.

Requirements

Strong prior experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership in Investment Banking, Financial Services, or another similarly high-pressure environment is essential. Advanced capability in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is also required.
