Job Description
The role of a Business Process Executive or Sr. Business Process Executive (Virtual Assistant) requires a minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience as a virtual assistant. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication abilities, including proven skill in managing client and vendor calls, and excellent email writing capabilities. Key responsibilities include providing administrative support such as calendar management, travel and expense handling, and report generation. The position also involves producing timely and accurate Management Information System (MIS) reports on a weekly and monthly basis. Candidates must demonstrate an ability to prioritize tasks effectively and execute them with a high level of accuracy and consistency. The role also entails creating and maintaining operational documentation and adhering to established procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Applicants must be graduates or post-graduates with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel, is required. The role requires flexibility to work rotational shifts. A minimum of 3 years of experience in an international BPO/KPO setting, with at least 1 year specifically as a virtual assistant, is mandatory. Women candidates returning from a sabbatical are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
Flexibility is required to work either in US shifts (6:00 PM - 2:45 AM) or UK shifts (3:00 PM - 11:45 PM).
