Role overview
A fast-scaling infrastructure and technology business is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the General Counsel. This position is highly visible and suits a resourceful, well-organized professional who can keep up in a dynamic environment while handling multiple priorities with care, judgment, and professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee demanding calendars, meeting coordination, and travel planning.
- Handle communications across legal, board, and executive stakeholders.
- Draft and assemble presentations, reports, and materials for meetings.
- Monitor deadlines, active projects, and important deliverables.
- Support the legal team with document handling, contract coordination, and general administrative tasks.
- Act as a point of contact between the General Counsel and both internal and external stakeholders.
Ideal profile
- At least 3 years of experience in executive support, ideally assisting senior leaders, legal teams, or C-suite executives.
- Strong organizational ability and clear communication skills.
- Comfort working independently in a high-growth, fast-moving setting.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
