Role overview
FM Talent is looking for an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership with day-to-day administrative and coordination needs. The role is centered on keeping executives organized, managing communication, and ensuring meetings and documents are prepared smoothly and on time.
Key responsibilities
- Handle calendar coordination and scheduling for executives.
- Support executives with preparation before meetings.
- Manage email replies and document requests on behalf of executives when needed.
- Create drafts of slides, meeting notes, and other executive documents.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or similar practical experience is required.
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Background in balancing multiple priorities, administrative support, and coordination work.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to manage several tasks at once with strong follow-through.
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
