What you'll do

- Deliver on-site and remote technical help, resolving service issues and user requests in an efficient way.
- Own the complete lifecycle of EUC incidents and requests, with clear communication and timely resolution.
- Carry out IMAC activity such as hardware upgrades, device deployments, relocations, and peripheral asset handling.
- Support endpoint security and administration tools such as Defender, Intune, and Entra ID, including patching, hardening, and threat protection.
- Work with workplace technology teams on digital signage, meeting-room AV, and smart office solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation for procedures, configurations, and fixes to support knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Look for practical ways to improve service delivery through automation and workplace innovation.
- Support secure and dependable access for remote and hybrid users.
- Handle licensing, domain registrar tasks, policy administration, application administration, and user administration.
What we're looking for
- A basic grounding in end user computing, desktop support, or workplace engineering, gained through study or similar exposure.
- Some familiarity with Windows, iOS, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management tools from academic work or internships.
- Interest in learning hardware troubleshooting, software deployment, and IT asset management.
- Understanding of endpoint security good practices, ideally developed through training or education.
Required competencies

- Strong planning and organisation skills.
- Careful analysis and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Resilience when balancing competing priorities.
- High drive, motivation, and initiative.
- Commitment to accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
- Results-focused approach to meeting objectives.
- Curiosity and a willingness to keep learning new tools and methods.
