Job Description

The Engineering Supervisor will oversee the engineering team, ensuring efficient daily operations, planned maintenance, and prompt responses to guest requests and emergencies. This role involves close collaboration with other operational departments to provide necessary engineering support, maintaining the hotel's air conditioning, water, and fire safety systems to high standards. The supervisor will also coordinate with all hotel departments to ensure the smooth operation of their equipment and manage external contractors and inspectors on behalf of the hotel.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management abilities, coupled with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Strong grooming and presentation standards are essential, as is a service-oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
