Job description

Role overview

We are looking for a performance-driven E-commerce Advertising Specialist to lead and improve paid media activity across Amazon and Flipkart. The role calls for strong marketplace know-how, sharp analytical skills, and a clear focus on improving return on ad spend while staying aligned with brand positioning and revenue targets. You will contribute directly to sales growth through campaign management, optimization, and close coordination with merchandising and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and manage advertising campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, PLA, and PCA.
  • Take ownership of the full campaign cycle, from setup and execution to ongoing optimization and reporting.
  • Track performance indicators such as CTR, CVR, CPC, ACOS, and ROAS, and use them to guide decisions.
  • Run regular A/B tests across creatives, audience targeting, placements, and budgets to improve results.
  • Increase spend on campaigns that are performing well and reduce or stop campaigns that are not delivering, based on data.
  • Create weekly performance dashboards using marketplace reporting tools and internal analytics resources.
  • Study campaign data to spot patterns, problem areas, and opportunities for growth.
  • Share practical insights with internal teams to support product visibility and promotion planning.
  • Coordinate with content, creative, and category teams to ensure ad execution matches brand guidelines and sales objectives.
  • Use seasonal demand and major sale periods to plan time-sensitive promotions and large-scale ad pushes.
  • Keep current with new marketplace features, platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices across Amazon and Flipkart.
  • Assess beta features, automation solutions, and third-party tools that can improve advertising efficiency.

This role is centered on using data and marketplace expertise to improve campaign efficiency, maximize ROAS, and support business growth through well-planned and well-optimized e-commerce advertising.
