Driver

Job Summary

This position involves the safe and orderly movement of workers between accommodation and the project yard/site. The driver is expected to prioritize passenger safety, follow all road rules and internal policies, and help maintain a reliable transport routine.

Responsibilities

• Move workers between the dormitory and the yard in line with the planned schedule.
• Protect passenger safety and comfort throughout every journey.
• Follow traffic laws and the company’s safety procedures without exception.
• Perform routine daily inspections of the vehicle, including fuel, engine condition, and cleanliness.
• Immediately report any mechanical issues, damage, accidents, or other incidents.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean and in good working order.
• Support transport planning and coordination whenever needed.
• Remain dependable and on time for all driving assignments.

Requirements

• A valid Saudi Arabia driving licence for the relevant vehicle category, such as a bus or van.
• At least 2–3 years of hands-on driving experience, ideally in worker transportation.
• Strong familiarity with local roads, routes, and traffic rules.
• A responsible attitude, good punctuality, and a strong focus on safety.
• Basic English communication skills to understand and share simple instructions.
• Physical fitness and readiness to work in a site-based setting.
