Job description
Role Overview
We are hiring a Document Controller to help keep office administration running smoothly and to maintain well-organized records and documentation. This position suits someone who is highly organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable coordinating information across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle routine administrative tasks and support everyday office operations.
- Manage, update, and safeguard quality management system (QMS) documents and related records.
- Draft and circulate quality reports, procedures, forms, and work instructions.
- Help ensure compliance with ISO requirements and the organization’s quality policies.
- Assist with both internal and external quality audits.
- Prepare audit files and keep audit records properly maintained.
- Maintain quality-related databases, logs, and tracking tools.
- Support the creation of presentations and quality-focused correspondence.
Skills and Knowledge
- Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Strong record-keeping and documentation control skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration is required.
- At least 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
