Located at the base of Blackcomb Mountain near the Upper Village, the resort recently completed renovations and now features refreshed rooms and suites, most with private balconies, fireplaces, and mountain views. Dining venues include Braidwood Tavern, known for its après-inspired atmosphere and seafood-led dinner offerings, and SIDECUT Steakhouse, a premium dining destination featuring elevated tasting experiences and rare cuts such as olive-fed wagyu.

Role Summary

The employer is Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler. This is a full-time, permanent Steward position based in Whistler, British Columbia, at 4591 Blackcomb Way, Whistler BC, V8E 0Y4, Canada. The role requires 40 hours per week and includes multiple openings. The work language is English. The hourly wage is $24.75 to $26.25. The position is eligible for gratuities, subject to confirmation, and may receive discretionary wage increases according to company policy.

What You Will Do

• Carry clean dishes, flatware, and other service items to dining and serving areas, and help set tables.
• Move and replace linen as needed.
• Clean and disinfect dishwasher mats, carts, waste disposal units, and similar equipment.
• Clear tables, trays, and chairs, then clean them properly.
• Load bus tubs and trays.
• Run dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, and flatware.
• Put cleaned items into storage.
• Restock condiments and other supplies at tables and service stations.
• Wash dishes and other items by hand when required, using sanitary methods.
• Scrub pots and pans.
• Handle and store cleaning supplies safely.
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong English communication skills.
• A solid commitment to guest service and teamwork.
• Ability to pass a clean criminal record check.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Comfort working evenings and overnight hours.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay effective in a busy, fast-paced setting.
• Readiness to learn on the job, as training is provided.
