Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a legendary Disability Support Worker to join our team across various locations on the Central Coast, NSW. Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in living their best lives.
• Perform household tasks such as cooking and cleaning to support independence.
• Provide attentive listening and engage with clients.
• Foster positive experiences and good vibes in everyday interactions.

Requirements

• Must possess or be willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Check.
• Hold a current First Aid Certificate and CPR qualification.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Possess a Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Demonstrate experience working with individuals exhibiting challenging behaviors.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience or a Cert III in a welfare-related field.
• Exhibit a strong sense of humor, patience, and the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals, including those who are not morning people.
