Job description

Job Summary

The Data Entry Coordinator will be responsible for accurately recording the receipt of all incoming claim submissions, whether in paper or electronic format, and entering this data into the company system. This role may also involve assisting with the processing of basic medical, dental, and vision claims as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and precise recording of all incoming claims received through the BH Pulse portal and submissions box.
  • Support the management of claims within the BH Pulse portal by reviewing submissions, accepting valid claims, or rejecting those that require additional information.
  • Examine claim forms, medical bills, and any accompanying physician or other reports to accurately categorize and organize them for adjudicators.
  • Establish and maintain organized records for providers and QHM within the Share Point application.
  • Exhibit professionalism, expertise, and a proactive approach to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the organization's profitability.
