About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Data Entry Clerk to support the accuracy, order, and freshness of company records. Key Responsibilities
- Input new data, revise existing records, and keep company databases and systems current.
- Check information carefully for completeness and accuracy before entering it.

- Keep both digital and paper-based files arranged and easy to access.
- Create reports and pull information when requested by coworkers.
- Protect confidential data and follow company rules for secure handling.
- Work with teams across departments to collect, confirm, and update information.
- Carry out regular checks to help preserve data quality and consistency.
- Support administrative work and take on additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.
- Experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative work is an added advantage.
- Fast and accurate typing ability is important for this role.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word, is expected.
- Experience with databases or data management software is beneficial.
- Strong organization skills and a sharp eye for detail are essential.
