Role Summary
In this position, you will help keep the office running smoothly by managing data entry tasks, supporting reception coverage, and handling routine clerical work. Your contribution will help ensure records remain accurate and operations stay organized and responsive.
Key Duties
- Receive incoming mail, sort it carefully, and distribute it to the appropriate recipients.
- Enter large amounts of check and payment information into digital systems with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Prepare and circulate reports to assist internal decision-making and workflow tracking.
- Respond to incoming calls and direct them appropriately using a multi-line phone setup, stepping in for receptionist coverage when needed.
- Carry out general administrative and clerical tasks that support daily office operations.

Requirements
- A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.

- Previous experience using a multi-line telephone system.
- Reliable transportation for commuting to the San Antonio office.
Schedule
- Part-time schedule of 20 to 25 hours per week.
- Flexible working hours between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
