Role overview

Heitmeyer Consulting is hiring a ServiceNow Data Analyst with hands-on CMDB experience. The role is based in Phoenix, AZ, with work expected four days onsite and one day remote. Candidates should also be able to work from Chandler, AZ or Irving, TX.

This is a W2-only assignment. Applicants must already have W2 work authorization and must be able to continue working on W2 status in the future. C2C arrangements are not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Build and update dashboards, scorecards, and KPI views to monitor ServiceNow performance.
• Pull, cleanse, and interpret data from ServiceNow and related platforms such as ITSM and CMDB.
• Work with teams across IT, HR, and Finance to spot patterns, trends, and operational improvement opportunities.
• Maintain strong data governance by checking for inconsistencies, errors, and data quality issues in ServiceNow records.

Required experience and knowledge

• Practical experience with ServiceNow.
• Direct CMDB experience.
• Technical grounding with an understanding of how ServiceNow data is structured.
• Strong data analysis ability, including familiarity with certification, attestation, and validation concepts.

Preferred background

• Exposure to the ITIL framework.
• Experience working with banking or financial institutions.
• Strong communication skills.

Work arrangement

This is a hybrid role with four onsite days and one remote day each week.
