About the Role
Midi Health is looking for a Growth Analyst to support its expanding D2C and B2B businesses, including partnerships with health systems and employers. This position is focused on strengthening analytics across marketing channels and turning data into practical actions that improve conversion and business performance. You’ll build insightful dashboards, dig into funnel behavior, and help teams make better decisions through clear, evidence-based analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, refine, and maintain reporting dashboards and automated KPI views that keep key stakeholders informed.
- Study the full user journey and identify opportunities to improve conversion at each stage of the funnel.
- Support B2B growth efforts by tracking results and helping scale partnerships with health systems and employers.
- Assist the lifecycle marketing team by monitoring engagement, re-engagement campaigns, and email/SMS channel performance.
- Work with a mentor to strengthen your analytical approach and grow toward owning specific growth and marketing analytics areas.
Requirements
- A strong interest in women’s health and in Midi’s mission to improve care for women in midlife.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a closely related area.
- Solid hands-on knowledge of SQL and BI or data visualization tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, or Looker.
- Experience working with event analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel, along with advertising dashboards from platforms such as Meta and Google.
- Ability to interpret funnel performance data and present findings in a clear, business-friendly story.
- Careful attention to accuracy, data quality, and reliable reporting.
- Comfort using generative AI tools and modern AI assistants to speed up coding, troubleshoot tracking issues, and improve analytics workflows.
- Basic familiarity with A/B testing is enough; advanced experimentation expertise is not required.
- A collaborative attitude, eagerness to learn, and interest in growing into a more independent domain owner role.
