Role Overview

The Data Analyst will work with operational and performance data to help departments make informed decisions. The role involves cleaning, organising, interpreting, and presenting data clearly so that stakeholders can act on meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Pull, prepare, and present data in a clear format for department leads.
• Review operational information to spot trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate analysis into practical recommendations for stakeholders.
• Create and update dashboards for live tracking of important performance measures.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across reporting and data systems.
• Produce recurring performance reports to measure progress toward targets.
• Work with colleagues to understand data and support process improvements.
• Handle additional tasks assigned by the company as needed.

Requirements

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, or a closely related discipline.
• Hands-on ability with analytical tools such as Python, SQL, and Google Sheets.
• Experience with data visualisation tools and the ability to communicate insights effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, including work with large and complex datasets.
• Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.
