About the Internship

Join Evolvra as a Cyber Security Intern to develop hands-on expertise in vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and detailed documentation, working closely with seasoned professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support vulnerability assessments and penetration tests on authorized systems adhering to established scopes and procedures.
• Analyze web applications to identify security loopholes such as input-validation errors and access control vulnerabilities; document reproducible results.
• Utilize Python scripting to automate security checks, streamline tasks, and manage assessment outputs.
• Apply fundamental computer networking knowledge to examine network traffic, evaluate exposed services, and assist in addressing connectivity or security issues.
• Operate in Linux environments using authorized security tools, inspecting logs, and performing command-line operations during assessments.
• Document findings clearly including evidence, contextual risk analysis, and actionable remediation recommendations for security team review.
• Conduct re-assessments of remediated issues and update reports to reflect verification results.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must be available to work remotely for the duration of the internship.
• Start date between October 24, 2026, and November 28, 2026.
• Commitment to a 3-month internship period.
• Possess relevant skills and passion for cybersecurity.
• Open invitation for women aiming to initiate or reenter their careers.
• Preference for Computer Science Engineering students.

Stipend and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from ₹9,500 to ₹20,000, inclusive of a fixed component (₹7,500-₹15,000) and performance-based incentives (₹2,000-₹5,000).
• Flexible working hours with a five-day workweek.
• Certificate of completion and letter of recommendation upon successful internship completion.
