Role Overview

The Customer Support Representative handles service and support questions from both business and consumer members, while keeping customer information updated and aligned with regulatory policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Answer member questions, concerns, and technical issues across multiple communication channels, while following required policies and procedures.
  • Share information about Dario products and services and identify opportunities to recommend additional offerings when suitable.
  • Keep records accurate and compliant with applicable regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
  • Deliver a courteous, patient, and high-quality support experience to members.
  • Take on additional tasks as needed.

Required Experience and Skills

  • English/Spanish bilingual ability is an added advantage.
  • Strong phone manner and professional telephone etiquette.
  • Well-developed skills in organization, time management, and communication.
  • Ability to learn, interpret, and explain complex information clearly.
  • Comfortable using technology, including web-based and mobile applications.
  • Previous experience in customer service or customer support.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred.

Remote Work Requirements

  • A private, quiet, and distraction-free home office setup is required.
  • Dependable high-speed internet with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed is required.
  • The role requires self-discipline and the ability to work independently from home.
  • Working hours are 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST.
