Role overview
The company is seeking a dependable and detail-focused Customer Success Team Assistant to help the Customer Support and Application Support functions with daily operational work. This is a mid-level opportunity for someone who is well organized, comfortable working with technology, and interested in gaining exposure across the customer lifecycle in a SaaS environment.
Key responsibilities
The role combines documentation work, data handling, and internal administrative support. You will help turn technical and business information into clear content for customers and internal teams, while also assisting with customer data tasks and platform updates.
Knowledge base and technical documentation
- Develop customer-facing and internal resources such as knowledge base articles, user instructions, process documents, release notes, FAQs, and support collateral.
- Translate technical details, business workflows, and stakeholder input into structured, easy-to-use guidance.
- Work closely with the Managing Directors and technical experts to collect accurate information and turn it into useful documentation.
- Join knowledge-sharing discussions and technical walkthroughs to convert specialist input into practical written material.
- Prepare documentation on platform administration, system and customer configurations, implementation steps, data handling, troubleshooting, and related topics.
- Keep release notes and product update communications current, including new features, improvements, bug fixes, and other software changes.
- Identify recurring customer questions and turn them into organized FAQ and Q&A content for internal and external use.
Data management and administrative support
- Carry out data entry, validation, and import tasks.
- Support customer data work using Excel and CSV files.
- Help maintain data quality and consistency across customer environments.
- Assist with administrative and operational work that supports Customer Success.
- Support configuration changes on the platform in line with business needs.
Candidate profile
A background in Communication, Media Studies, or Writing is preferred, though the team places greater value on the ability to communicate clearly and organize information well. Equivalent hands-on experience creating technical documentation, knowledge articles, user guides, process documents, or instructional content will also be considered.
Applicants should have prior experience in a customer-facing or technical support role and be familiar with tools such as Jira or ServiceNow. Strong attention to detail, solid organization, good time management, and clear written communication are important for this position. You should also be comfortable using software tools and working with structured data such as Excel, CSVs, and admin panels, along with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn across multiple teams.
Preferred experience
Additional value is placed on familiarity with knowledge-base writing, experience with DRIM software, exposure to presales or SaaS environments, and use of internal support or ticketing tools. Experience with knowledge management platforms such as Confluence, working with data imports and validation, supporting software platforms or system administration activities, and understanding basic coding concepts or simple technical logic are all considered advantageous.
