Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve both standard and escalated service issues
- Check contact and account details and carry out corrections as needed for customer requests
- Prepare and maintain logs, reports, records, and other documentation related to service cases
- Research, coordinate, and follow customer problems through to completion
- Support order processing by receiving orders, matching information, and updating internal systems
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or an equivalent credential
- At least 2 years of relevant customer service experience
- Working understanding of the products and service activities tied to the assigned area
- Comfort using MS Office and computer-based data entry tools
- Strong spoken and written communication abilities
Preferred background
- Experience working in a call center setting
- Exposure to mortgage or real estate industry practices
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to stay effective in a fast-moving environment
