About Your New Job as a Customer Experience Executive
As a Customer Experience Executive, you will be instrumental in shaping how clients interact with cutting-edge verification solutions, directly influencing exceptional user journeys. Your responsibilities will include leading engaging onboarding sessions and delivering compelling training on the ID-Pal platform to maximize client utilization of our products. You will manage customer inquiries, spearhead proactive process enhancements, and leverage data-driven insights to consistently elevate customer satisfaction. Collaboration with Product, Compliance, and Development teams will be key to fostering seamless, end-to-end customer experiences. This role also involves quality analysis, requirements gathering, reporting, and CRM optimization, ensuring your work impacts the entire customer lifecycle.
What Skills You Need to be a Customer Experience Executive
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a B2B customer-facing role is required. A background in FinTech or RegTech is highly advantageous. Proficiency in using ticketing systems and assisting customers with technical software issues is essential. Candidates must possess full, permanent, and immediate work authorization for Ireland.
What’s on Offer
This position offers a salary range of €35,000 to €40,000 annually. Employees benefit from a hybrid work model, with the added flexibility of working internationally for up to two weeks per year. You will receive 23 days of annual leave, plus your birthday off, and access to a 'Bike to Work' scheme.
