About the Role
Join Vitrolife & Igenomix Brasil, part of the Vitrolife Group, as a Customer Care Representative in Dubai, UAE. We are seeking a dedicated individual to become a vital link between clinics, patients, and our laboratory teams, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client support in the field of reproductive health. Your work will directly contribute to improving patient care and achieving meaningful clinical outcomes.

Your Impact
- Act as the primary liaison between clinics and our laboratory facilities.
- Guarantee the safe and timely delivery of biological samples to the lab.
- Provide clients with empathetic, accurate, and professional support.
- Maintain strict adherence to the highest standards of compliance and safety protocols.
- Enhance operational efficiency through the accurate utilization of Salesforce and Navision systems.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer care and coordinate services effectively.
- Oversee the daily reception of samples and manage cold-chain logistics.
- Utilize Salesforce for comprehensive tracking of cases and client interactions.
- Meticulously register patient and sample data within Navision.
- Ensure thorough documentation, maintain traceability, and comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, and Laboratory teams to surpass client expectations.
What You Bring
- A strong commitment to service excellence and operational efficiency.
- A bachelor's degree, ideally in a healthcare-related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or laboratory workflows.
- Prior experience with Salesforce and/or Navision is required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- The ability to excel in a regulated, fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and patient care skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic is preferred and considered an advantage for supporting regional patients.
