Role overview

This contract position serves as the main operational center for the creative team. You will manage how work flows from intake to final delivery, handling a large pipeline of more than 100 projects while keeping briefs clear, workloads balanced, and deadlines on track.

The role works closely with teams across Performance Marketing, Product, Sales, CRM, and Experiential to turn business needs into practical creative plans. You will coordinate intake, resourcing, quality checks, and delivery to keep projects organized, aligned, and moving efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The work includes performance campaigns, product launches, digital merchandising, CRM, and event-related creative, giving the position strong visibility and direct influence on the speed and quality of output.

Location and reporting

This is a remote role open anywhere in the United States, but it requires availability to work Pacific Time hours. The position reports to the SVP, Marketing.

Contract details

This contract assignment is expected to continue through December 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and improve the full creative workflow, keeping more than 100 active projects updated in Asana with accurate status tracking, timely progress notes, and early identification of risks or delays.
  • Handle incoming creative requests by reviewing approximately 5 to 10 requests each week, checking that briefs are complete, and assigning work based on team availability, capabilities, and timelines.
  • Serve as the main project coordination lead for creative work, partnering with marketing, product, sales/shopper, and CRM stakeholders to align priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Turn business requests into detailed and actionable creative briefs, support brainstorms, set schedules, and make sure projects begin and progress smoothly.
  • Review all creative output for accuracy, brand fit, and brief alignment, and coordinate legal review when necessary before final approval.
  • Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, sharing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring final assets are delivered without friction.
  • Keep file storage organized by maintaining clean, easy-to-access folder structures in Google Drive and documenting final deliverables properly.
  • Support high-volume production across multiple channels, including performance media, beverage product development, CRM, digital merchandising, and experiential or event creative.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related subject.
  • At least 5 years of experience in creative project management, creative operations, or creative resourcing.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proven ability to build, refine, and strengthen creative briefs so they are clear and complete before work begins.
  • Experience creating timelines and workback schedules while balancing team capacity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Self-directed, proactive, and able to anticipate needs ahead of time.
  • Comfort working in high-growth settings where priorities shift and ambiguity is common.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, including Sheets, Docs, and Slides, plus Asana for workflow management, ticketing, and coordination.
  • Availability to work Pacific Time zone hours.

Compensation and benefits

The hourly pay range for this role is $30.00 to $35.00 per hour.

Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, location, and applicable wage laws. Bonuses, equity, and benefits are not included in the posted hourly range. If local minimum wage rules require a higher rate, pay will be adjusted accordingly.
