Role Overview
This full-time Creative Designer position sits within the Design / Product / Creative / Innovation team. The role focuses on building thoughtful, user-centered solutions that combine technology, functionality, and human-centered design. It also involves shaping intuitive experiences across physical and digital touchpoints, supporting strategic innovation efforts, and using AI and data insights to inform creative decisions.

Experience
1 to 2 years of relevant design experience, ideally in a cross-functional setting or on complex systems, healthcare, or technology-led products.
Core Focus Areas
- Design products that are intuitive, innovative, and grounded in human-centered principles.
- Create seamless and engaging UI/UX experiences across both physical and digital platforms.
- Work with cross-functional partners to shape design strategies that solve difficult problems and support new approaches to care delivery.
- Use AI and data-backed insights to develop smart, creative, and user-focused solutions.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the full design process, from early ideation and research through prototyping and final handoff, ensuring alignment with user, business, and clinical priorities.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, marketers, and other teammates to co-develop practical and innovative design outcomes.
- Use design thinking and systems thinking to address complex challenges and create solutions with long-term value.
- Build proofs of concept, digital mockups, wireframes, and interactive models, then refine them through iterative testing.
- Prepare clear design documentation and visuals that explain concepts, systems, and user journeys to stakeholders at different levels.
- Participate actively in critique sessions, incorporate feedback, and improve designs using test results and user insights.
- Help manage and curate the organization’s digital and social presence by creating and publishing engaging content that highlights design philosophy, innovation, and achievements.
- Use storytelling, design assets, and platform-specific best practices to strengthen visibility and engagement across digital channels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design from a respected institution, such as NID.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a design role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital and physical products, service design, user research, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and visually.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong ownership of the design process and outcomes.
