About the Role
We are seeking a Creative Designer to develop visually compelling and high-performing assets for both digital and offline channels. This role encompasses graphic design, motion design, video editing, and visual storytelling. You will collaborate closely with the Creative team, Content Manager, PR, and Social media departments to produce engaging visuals for paid media, social platforms, websites, email campaigns, retail environments, and print materials. The ideal candidate possesses a solid design foundation, combined with motion and video capabilities, and a genuine enthusiasm for building modern consumer brands.
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality assets for paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, as well as for social media, web, and email communications.
- Produce motion graphics, animations, and video edits for various campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling initiatives, ensuring strict adherence to brand identity and visual standards.
- Contribute to integrated campaigns across digital, retail, and offline touchpoints by designing key visuals, landing page elements, social media content, banners, and promotional graphics aimed at boosting engagement and conversions.
- Create designs for in-store displays, packaging inserts, retail graphics, brochures, flyers, and other campaign collateral, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and are production-ready for print.
- Collaborate effectively with the Creative team, Content Manager, PR, and Social media departments to deliver unified and impactful creative solutions.
- Adapt creative assets for different markets and channels while efficiently managing multiple projects to meet deadlines.
- Explore and implement new formats, animation styles, and emerging visual trends.
- Provide support for 3D visual development and rendering as needed.
Qualifications
- Possess 1 to 5 years of experience in graphic, motion, or multimedia design, preferably within a brand, e-commerce, or agency setting.
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing is essential.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Experience utilizing Figma for digital and web design projects.
- Familiarity with Cinema 4D or other 3D modeling and animation software.
- A solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout principles, color theory, and brand systems.
- Fluency in English is required.
