About the Role

Wow Me Design is a brand and packaging design agency located in the centre of Cheltenham. With more than two decades of experience and a long-standing team and client base, the company is growing its production specialist group, with a focus on sports collectible trading cards. This role is a strong fit for someone who is enthusiastic about sport and enjoys working on high-volume creative production.

What You’ll Do

You will take established creative concepts and turn them into polished, production-ready artwork, ensuring consistency across large rollouts and allowing for smooth updates when changes are required. The work calls for a high level of accuracy in Photoshop and the ability to adapt artwork efficiently for future versions and variations.

The position also involves supporting the wider production workflow, handling multiple projects, and working directly with clients when needed. You should be comfortable owning your tasks from start to finish while contributing as part of a busy studio team.

Technical Requirements

Advanced ability in Adobe Photoshop is essential, including retouching. Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator is also required. You should be familiar with Acrobat and Microsoft Excel, and have experience using Photoshop scripts, data merge, and actions; InDesign data merge experience is also desirable. Training will be provided during onboarding to help successful candidates get up to speed with internal processes.

Additional Experience

Strong print production knowledge is important, including preparing artwork for press, understanding print workflows, and working accurately to print specifications. Experience gained in a studio, agency, or in-house creative team would be preferred. Knowledge of writing scripts or using AI within production workflows would be an added advantage.
