Corporate Relations Specialist

Role Overview

SkilloVilla Technologies Private Limited is seeking a confident and relationship-oriented Corporate Relations Specialist to support its Career Services & Placements function. The role focuses on building strong partnerships with hiring companies, HR professionals, and other stakeholders to open up placement opportunities for students and to coordinate the hiring process from start to finish.

Work Location & Schedule

This is a work-from-office position based in JP Nagar, Bengaluru. The role follows a 6-day work week, and immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, nurture, and manage partnerships with companies, HR teams, and hiring managers.
• Reach out to potential hiring partners through LinkedIn, cold calling, email communication, and professional networking.
• Coordinate the full placement workflow between students and employers.
• Arrange interviews, track follow-ups, and communicate feedback to students.
• Keep placement databases, trackers, and progress reports updated using CRM platforms and Google Sheets.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver smooth placement support and improve student outcomes.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is target-focused, highly organized, empathetic, and comfortable working in a student-first environment. This position requires someone who can manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively, and take initiative in outreach and relationship-building.

Required Skills and Experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Confidence in managing outreach and engaging with external stakeholders.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in corporate relations, B2B sales, placements, or client management.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Exposure to LinkedIn, CRM tools, Lusha, and email outreach platforms is advantageous.
