Role overview

The Coordinator, Partnership Development supports the day-to-day administration, coordination, and delivery of corporate partnership activities. Working alongside the Manager, Partnership Development, this position helps identify, qualify, cultivate, and grow new partnerships such as cause marketing, sponsorships, and philanthropic gifts.

The role contributes to lead generation, prospect research, partner outreach, onboarding, relationship management, and CRM recordkeeping. It also works with teams across the organization to surface partnership opportunities and support fundraising and food acquisition efforts.

Key duties

This position helps maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective partners and donors while supporting the development of national campaigns and relationship-building initiatives. The role requires strong organization, communication, and coordination skills, along with the ability to manage several priorities in a busy environment.

Working conditions

This is a full-time role running Monday to Friday, with some evening and weekend work expected from time to time. The position is fully remote and can be based anywhere in Canada. Some travel within Canada will also be required.
