Job description
Role Overview
An international consulting firm is looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to support its Operations & Maintenance (O&M) project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of the contractual administration for the O&M project.
- Track adherence to all agreed contract terms and conditions.
- Assess, review, and move forward variations, claims, and contractual notices.
- Work closely with the project management team on commercial and contract-related issues.
- Prepare contract-related reports and keep documentation and records accurate and up to date.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to support smooth contract delivery.
What We're Looking For
- At least 15 years of hands-on experience in contract administration, contract management, or commercial management.
- Background in major infrastructure, facilities management, and O&M projects.
- Strong understanding of contract procedures, claims handling, variations, and formal contractual communication.
- Ability to interpret contracts, assess risks, and help resolve disputes.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or a similar discipline.
- FIDIC certification and prior GCC experience will be viewed favorably.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
