Key Responsibilities
- Gain in-depth knowledge of one of Epicor’s products and understand customer applications.
- Create and update product documentation along with instructional videos for Epicor Learning.
- Translate complex technical information into clear, conversational language suitable for diverse audiences.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams including business analysts, developers, and QA testers to ensure comprehensive and accurate documentation.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility
- Applicants must be available for a full-time internship at the Bangalore office.
- Internship start dates between 18th August 2026 and 22nd September 2026.
- Availability for a continuous six-month duration is required.
- Candidates should be based in Bangalore and possess relevant skills and a strong interest in content creation.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Recent graduates or freshers with a degree in technical writing, education, instructional design, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
- Master’s degree holders in journalism, literature, or English are encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and other desktop publishing software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently or in team environments.
- Experience with Jira, Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite, WalkMe, and Storyline 360 is advantageous.
Additional Details
- Monthly stipend of INR 35,000.
- Internship duration: six months.
