Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily content operations for a portfolio of creators and brands.
• Facilitate collaboration between editors and the creative team.
• Conduct thorough reviews and organization of content prior to its release.
• Manage the scheduling and publishing of content across multiple platforms.
• Develop and implement content strategies and plans.
• Monitor project timelines to ensure timely content delivery.
• Establish and maintain efficient workflows and content management systems.
• Analyze platform performance metrics to identify avenues for growth.
• Provide support for the overall project management of ongoing content campaigns.

Requirements

• A comprehensive understanding of major social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Exceptional organizational and communication capabilities.
• A proactive approach to work with the ability to operate autonomously.
• Proficiency in managing numerous projects concurrently.
• Insight into current content trends and effective online storytelling techniques.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior experience in content management, social media, marketing, or a closely related discipline is advantageous.

Bonus Skills

• Experience collaborating with content creators or managing personal brands.
• Familiarity with YouTube strategy and the nuances of short-form video content.
• Knowledge of video editing processes.
• Proficiency with tools such as Clickup, Frame, and various AI applications.
