About the Role
Sphere Digital Recruitment Group is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager & Content Creator for a leading creative agency specializing in sport, culture, and experiential marketing. This agency crafts social-first campaigns and content designed to resonate with fans. The role involves taking charge of social media channels, overseeing daily content production, and influencing how major sport and lifestyle brands present themselves digitally. It's a fast-paced, hands-on position requiring both content creation and social media execution, with close collaboration with creative, strategy, and production teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and expand social media presence across various brand accounts.
- Generate content tailored for specific platforms like TikTok, Reels, Stories, and Shorts.
- Record, edit, and publish content from photoshoots, events, and brand activations.
- Develop and implement social content strategies that align with campaign objectives.
- Partner with creative teams to translate concepts into engaging social media content.
- Craft compelling captions and maintain brand voice consistency across all platforms.
- Monitor content performance and leverage insights for optimization.
- Capitalize on emerging trends, cultural moments, and live opportunities within the sports landscape.
Requirements
- Possess 2-5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Provide a strong portfolio showcasing social content you have created or managed.
- Demonstrate proficiency in shooting and editing short-form video content.
- Exhibit a thorough understanding of platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant social media channels.
- Previous experience in an agency, brand, or fast-paced content creation setting is preferred.
- Strong copywriting abilities and a creative flair for storytelling are essential.
- A genuine passion for sports, culture, entertainment, or lifestyle brands is highly valued.
- Must be proactive, hands-on, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in video editing software like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
- Experience managing content for live events or brand activations.
- Exposure to influencer or creator marketing strategies.
- Ability to independently capture content using a phone or camera.
